The Queens Hotel is the perfect hotel to accommodate your group visit to Brighton. Whether you are visiting the city for one of the many conferences being held at a nearby venue or you are holding an ‘away day’ or a company celebration we can certainly ease the organisation needed to host the event.
If you are organising a weekend such as a stag/hen/birthday, ask us about the possibility of taking over our east wing in the Queens Hotel Apartments. Instead of booking online contact us to discuss your requirements in more detail.
You will have a direct contact for your group with either Tracey Rooke, Matthew Bennett or John Hirons overseeing your reservation, and with around 40 years of hotel experience between them, you can be assured of a smooth, professional, friendly and hassle-free experience from your initial enquiry to checkout.
We also understand that every group has different requirements, needs and payment preferences and, although we have our general group T&C’s, Tracey, Matthew & John can discuss these directly with you and reach an agreement that works for both you as a company and us as the hotel.
When groups are pre-paid, we can organise a quick and easy check-in with envelopes ready for arrival containing a guest room key, registration card and welcome letter, so there is no need to waste time queuing and filling in forms at the front desk.
Our quoted room rates will include our hot and cold buffet breakfast, WIFI internet access, entry into the leisure club and VAT.
