The gift voucher cannot be used past its expiration date. The voucher cannot be used more than once, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

No change or cashback will be given and no voucher will be issued for any difference.

Advance bookings are necessary.

Bookings for hotel rooms must be made directly. Gift vouchers are not redeemable against bookings made on websites.

Gift vouchers are only redeemable after 2 days of purchase.

Gift vouchers cannot be used in the Pretty People Salon.
