  • Not all hotel room types are accessible to wheelchair users. Please contact the hotel for advice on your access requirements.
  • The Queens Hotel 1 bedroom apartments and studio apartments are not accessible to wheelchair users as there is no lift access.
  • The Queens Hotel and Queens Hotel Apartments do not accept some group booking over the weekend (such as single-sex groups, hen and stag parties and birthday groups etc).
  • The Queens Hotel does not have any car parking. The nearest public car park is The Lanes Car Park, on Black Lion Street, and is charged at approx. £25 per 24 hours. For Satnav purposes  the hotel postcode is BN1 1NS and the car park post code is BN1 1ND.   • Treatments for Pretty People Salon should be pre-booked if possible. Please contact Pretty People directly on 01273 221612 or for further information and to book online click here.
  • Check-in time is 15.00h and check out time is 11.00h. Late check-outs may be available, for an additional charge. Please contact reception during your stay to see if this is available.
  • Food will not be available most evenings in December, but breakfast will be served as normal the next morning. There may be other evenings throughout the year when food service times may be limited/ not available due to pre-booked functions.
  • There will be limited hours over the Christmas and New Year’s Eve period in the bistro, leisure centre and the Pretty People Salon. Please contact the hotel directly for further details.

 

Room Rate Information

BEST AVAILABLE RATES (QUEENS HOTEL BEDROOMS) 

Customer credit cards are only used to guarantee the reservation. We require payment or a pre-authorisation in person on arrival at the hotel. We reserve the right to pre-authorise the card used to guarantee the booking prior to check-in. Failure to supply valid card details, with available funds, may result in your booking being cancelled.

Cash payments must be accompanied by a refundable £100 security deposit per room and will be given back, subject to a satisfactory room check, once the room has been vacated.

Our cancellation policy on the best available rate is 72 hours prior to arrival for individual bookings of up to 4 rooms. Bookings of 5 or more rooms are subject to different cancellation and payment policies. Non-arrivals or late cancellations will incur a charge of the first night and these charges will be applied to the credit card guaranteeing the booking.

NON-REFUNDABLE RATES (QUEENS HOTEL BEDROOMS)

The credit card provided will be charged within 7 days of booking for the entire stay and this amount is completely non refundable.  The address given must be the full address which the card is registered to.   These bookings cannot be modified, changed or cancelled and any amendments would result in a full charge.

Credit cards registered overseas – for card security, we will need to swipe your card on arrival at the hotel and complete your payment transaction, so please ensure you bring your card to the hotel. Your card will be pre-authorised three days before your arrival, so it is important that you have enough funds available to cover your accommodation. Should your card decline this will result in the cancellation of your booking.
