Dear Valued Guests,
Following the government announcement on Saturday 31st October 2020 regarding a national lockdown for England we wish to continue to help in the effort of preventing the spread of the Coronavirus.
As a result we will be temporarily closing the Queens Hotel and Lanes Health Club between Wednesday 4th November and Wednesday 2nd December.
Dependant on government updates we anticipate being able to welcome you all back in early December.
All guests who are due to stay with us during this temporary lockdown period will be contacted by either our reservations team or your online travel agent in due course regarding your booking giving you the option to transfer your booking to alternative dates in the future or to cancel your booking, depending on the booking terms. The apartments however, will stay open for business travellers.
For all bookings due to arrive from Wednesday 2nd December 2020 onwards your booking will, at this stage, remain the same and we will look forward to welcoming you to the Queens Hotel.
For members of the Lanes Health Club your membership will be paused from Thursday 5th November and resume on Wednesday 2nd December.
