We also understand that every group has different requirements, needs and payment preferences and, although we have our general group T&C’s, Tracey & John can discuss these directly with you and reach an agreement that works for both you as a company and us as the hotel.
When groups are pre paid, we can organise a quick and easy check-in with envelopes ready for arrival containing a guest room key, registration card and welcome letter, so there is no need to waste time queuing and filling in forms at the front desk.
Our quoted room rates will include our hot and cold buffet breakfast, WIFI internet access, entry into the leisure centre, VAT.
We can also assist and advise on private airport transfers and other journeys if required.

Following the government announcement on Saturday 31st October 2020 regarding a national lockdown for England we wish to continue to help in the effort of preventing the spread of the Coronavirus.
As a result we will be temporarily closing the Queens Hotel and Lanes Health Club between Wednesday 4th November and Wednesday 2nd December. Our apartments will however stay open for business travel.
